Cottages

For the vacation or the honeymoon, our five distinct cottages are perfectly romantic for singles, yet fun and adventurous for families. Built upon the Brass Heart Inn grounds of New Hampshire, these cottages sleep from two to eight people, and provide lodging close to Silverlake and Lake Chocorua. From spring through late fall, these cottages offer a pleasant alternative to our guest rooms in the inn. Each cottage has a microwave oven, coffeemaker, and refrigerator. Cottage Rental Rates range from $180-$240 per night (Peak season $200-$260 per night). Full breakfast is also included.

Whippoorwill

The Whippoorwill features high ceilings, lots of wood, and is decorated as a moose lodge. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Two rooms have a queen bed and the sleeping porch has a double and 2 twin beds. The large sitting room has a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower stall. It has a wonderful covered wrap-around porch that provides an excellent view of the front meadow and the sky on a beautiful starlit night. Rate: $240/night, maximum 8 people; $260 peak season

Locust Cottage

The Locust is perfect for a family or 2 couples with a beautiful screened sitting porch. The living room has a fireplace and comfy sitting area. One bedroom has a queen bed and private entrance to the bath with shower. The other bedroom has twin beds. A galley kitchen with sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker and microwave completes this cozy setting. The cottage has been decorated to invoke the French cottage feeling. Rate: $240/night, maximum 4 people; $260 peak season

Veery Cottage

The Veery is a favorite for the gardener. Decorated in hunter green and white wicker, it offers a comfortable sitting room and one bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom features an oversized shower. Relax on the covered front porch. Rate: $180/night, double occupancy; $200 peak season.

Maples Cottage

The Maples is a great get-away for a family, set back near a wooded area. The living room has a gas "woodstove" and sofa, with a pull-out full size bed. The bedroom has a queen bed. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stove, sink, dishes, pots & pans, microwave & coffee maker. A porch and fire-pit outside make this cottage a vacation in itself. Rate: $240/night, maximum 4 people; $260 peak season

Lilacs Cottage

This tastefully decorated cottage is perfect for a couple or small family, featuring a queen sized bed in a bedroom and queen-size air mattress in the living area. A screened porch and full kitchen invite long-term guests as well, while a full breakfast is always included. Sleeps 4. Rate: $240/night, $260 peak season.
